Roundhouse Kick, Side Kick(front leg), spot, hook kick x 5

Side Kick, Roundhouse Kick(front leg), spot, hook kick x 5

Double deflecting block, reverse punch, sliding knee strike x 5

Knee Strike, step back, axe kick x 5

Knee Strike, step back, axe kick x 5
